In-Person Instructions

We will be meeting in the Amistad Conference Room in the Synergy Park 2 (SP2) building on the northwest edge of the University of Texas at Dallas’s campus. The best address to put in your GPS is 3020 Stewart Drive, Richardson, TX. There are about 10-30 free parking spots on the street (Stewart Drive) directly in front of SP2, but we do recommend carpooling whenever possible as spaces fill up fast. Please do NOT park in the spaces assigned to Flexential (3010 Waterview) and UT Southwestern (3040 Waterview) at any time. Any spots marked “Patient” are assigned to UT Southwestern and are not available for UTD parking. Check out the map for details.

Once you enter the lobby of the building with 3020 over the doors, you’ll need to head to the second floor to find the Amistad room.

To get to the Amistad room by stairs: Take the lobby stairs up to the 2nd level. Turn right and continue straight back to the double doors of the Amistad room.

To get to the Amistad room by elevator: Once in the lobby, go back behind the stairs and veer to the left, until you see the elevator on the right. Once you disembark, turn left, then left again at the stairs & enter the double doors of Amistad.
