Rachel Neal, PHD CSP CRIS
Rachel Neal is a Safety Manager for Walker Engineering, Inc. and has worked in the safety and health industry for 11 years. She has also been an instructor for the Division for Enterprise Development at the University of Texas at Arlington for the past six years. She has previously served as a Safety Director and a Consultant for various contractors in the construction industry. Rachel is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS). She is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, with a Ph.D. in Human Environmental Sciences and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
